How can relationship coaching help me?

When you think about it, the relationships that we have in our lives play a massive role in our day-to-day thoughts, feelings, emotions, productivity and happiness. If we are happy with the connections that we have with our nearest and dearest, everything else in life seems much more manageable and enjoyable. As well as that, it makes us feel excited and positive about what our future holds. Yet, we are never actually educated on how to have relationships, how to overcome obstacles, how to argue and how to communicate in a way that isnt defensive or inconsiderate to our other halves.

This is where relationship coaching comes in, as a certified relationship coach Lisa will support you and/or your partner by creating a safe space, free from judgement and fear to overcome those current communication barriers and break down those walls that have been built up over time. How it works

Step 1

Decide if you want individual coaching or couples coaching. If you are unsure, pop Lisa an email or an Instagram message and Lisa will point you in the right direction.

Step 2

Book your first coaching session (45mins – 60mins). Which will be completed via zoom – This allows you the flexibility to book these over your lunch break and allows you the ability to connect in a space that feels safe to you.

Step 3

Review your additional needs. Sometimes, all someone needs is one coaching course, to help kick start those difficult conversations, others prefer fortnightly, monthly or bi-monthly coaching sessions. Lisa will work at your pace, this is your journey.

Q. How do I know if I am ready?

The chances are, if you have landed on this page, then you are ready.  Coaching is a personal choice and can be taken at any time in your life.  There are no commitments to continue with coaching as you can book one session at a time.  Why not check out Lisa’s Instagram page to get a feel for your coach prior to booking.

Q. I really want my partner to join me in these sessions but I dont think they will agree. Do you have any advice?

This is the number one query that comes up when someone looks into relationship coaching and with communication being the number one issue that most couples have, sometimes couples coaching isn’t an easy thing to bring up.  Why not start with my relationship reconnect letter to start the initial conversations going.  Click here to download.

Q. Do I need to prepare anything for my sessions?

No, all thats needed is yourself (and your partner if booking couples coaching).  We would recommend finding a quiet space to allow you to freely speak throughout your session

Q. I am afraid that coaching will highlight issues that I dont want to address. Does this happen?

Yes, this can happen, however Lisa provides a safe space to talk through these issues and will guide you in a gentle encouraging way.  If Lisa finds that additional support is required, Lisa will recommend additional therapy or support options that are available to you.

Q. How much does coaching cost and when do I pay?

Individual coaching is £60 per session and couples coaching is £72 per session.  Payment is required upfront when booking.

Q. Is there a discount for booking several coaching sessions?

Yes, discount for blocked bookings are available. To enquire please complete our enquiry form to find out more.
